Landscape Explorations in Watercolor Workshop

April 16th, 1-5pm

Join this half day workshop with Erika Perloff to learn easy techniques for watercolor sketching outdoors. We'll explore the natural areas of lower campus and draw and paint scenes both intimate and grand using transparent watercolor, pen and pencil. Watercolor is a quick and easy medium for journaling, travel sketching and natural history field notes. No previous experience required. All supplies included.

Erika Perloff is a UCSC alum and professional artist based in Santa Cruz with over 30 years experience in education as a classroom teacher, environmental educator and ranger/naturalist. Her work is exhibited and sold widely.
