Safety Precautions

Together, we can stay healthy and keep others safe

We are required to comply with UCSC’s off-site covid regulation policies. These include:

• Bringing proof of vaccination to show when you check in, or 
• Providing proof of a negative covid test taken within 24 hours of arrival/registration.

In addtion, please:

• Bring masks and plan to wear them in indoor spaces (e.g., when filling your plate in the dining hall, and in the indoor space where the natural history exhibit, book and gear swap will take place). Nearly all events will take place outdoors, including workshops, meals, talks, evening gatherings, and music.
• If you experience covid symptoms or test positive within 24 hours of the event, we ask that you please not attend the gathering. We will fully refund your registration fee.
